Does hp notebooks have internal m.2 ssd slots in it??( Basically the 15bs-179tx model?

Can we upgrade it??

And please tell me which m.2 type of ssd should I use.....

15bs-179tx is an invalid model/product, I think your machine is an  HP Notebook - 15-bs179tx, its specs

You should be able to add M.2 SATA SSD to your machine using

 

             https://www.crucial.com/products/ssd/crucial-mx500-ssd
             https://www.samsung.com/semiconductor/minisite/ssd/product/consumer/860evo/
     Or similar from reputable vendors.
              One example (compatible drive, can use smaller/larger capacity)
