Hello, I have a question about hp-14dq1037wm. I am interested if this laptop has 2 discreet slots for RAM, cause I want to be sure it can be upgraded before buying one. It is a new model so I couldn't find any reviews on it, moreover disassemblys. On Crucial website, precisely for this model, I've discovered this: "Slots: 2 (2 banks of 1), Maximum Memory: 32GB".(https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/compatible-upgrade-for/HP---Compaq/hp-14-dq1037wm) And I don't quite understand what it says. Does this mean that the laptop has 2 slots for RAM and you can install in them 2 RAM modules, or does this mean that it has only 1 slot and you can install 1 DUAL ranked module?
Thanks in advance.

Here is the Service Manual:
This is an Intel Core system so has two memory slots. See pp. 1 and 2.
Pages 27-31 show how to upgrade the memory. Uses DDR4-2666 SO-DIMM up to 2 x 16 gb.
Post back with any more questions and please accept as solution if this is the info you needed.
