Hi Guys,
I just purchased a 16GB Intel® Optane™ Memory to boost the system speed. However, I tried everything I could (inserted in the slot, upgraded BIOS, installed Optane driver)but still cannot get it work. Everytime I restarted the system with the memory inserted, it will stuck at the HP logo and cannot went through. Then I have to unplug the Optane card and recover the BIOS and restarted again.
Does anybody know if there are other issues?
The system was puchased at the end of 2018. Does the system really support Optane memory?
Thanks in advance!

@tinywhui , welcome to the forum.
Here is the SSD 16GB 2280 PCIe3x2 NVMe 3D XP that is listed in HP PartSurfer: https://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?searchText=L27309-001
If the specifications of your Optane SSD match those from HP it should work without any problems. If not, I would contact the manufacturer's Tech Support to see if they can tell you if their product is compatible with your system. They are the experts on their products.
