What EXACTLY is your HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-cd0xxx ? For example HP Pavilion x360 - 14-cd0007ca, its specs

 

     https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06033284

 

which shows it has 1 USB 3.1 Type-C Gen 1 (Data transfer up to 5 Gb/s) port. Your machine probably has SAME USB-C port and that port does not support Power Delivery that means you can NOT charge your machine using USB-C port.

Thank you Banhien. Though I believe  you already clarified. I am still providing the model no. May be there is still some hope

Its a HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-cd0077TU.
