Well, I have been using my HP Envy 15 for the last 5 years and have been very happy.! Never had a problem except a few minor ones which I could fix myslef. So, in the last 5 years, I had never visited the HP support website and today when I did, I just found out that there is no Chat support option. I tried the Virtual agent and in the end I asked for an agent and it did not proceed further to connect me to an agent as my warranty has expired. I know my warranty has expired, but isn't there any way I can chat with an agent to get a couple of questions answered.?? If there is, kindly shed some light on the same. TIA.!
