Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This 5 years old laptop has old HDD. I wish to get it replaced with a SSD. Would HP authorized service center undertake this replacement job? I would also think of upgrading the RAM from 8 GB to 16 GB.

WIsh to know if HP offers these services.
