The only way to determine that would be to open the notebook and look if you are up to it, or search online to see if someone else has done exactly what you are looking for.

See the following link to learn how to remove the base enclosure. Be aware that you assume the risk of damaging your notebook

If your notebook has an SSD slot it will be in the location as seen in the following image.

We do not have access to each and every notebook to disassemble at will according to the wishes of members.

You could install a SATA3 SSD to replace the delivered legacy spinner hard disk.

Also be aware that it isn't compatibility with specific notebooks by brand. It is compatibility by memory type and interface.

A single manufacturer, perhaps Samsung as an example, may make SSD products with different formats. (I.E. MSATA, Mini PCIe, M.2, SATA 2.5")

Its really hard to find a person who replaced or install SSD in his device, another important issue is, from somewhere I heard it support and negative from other, I know HDD can be replaced but I don't want to choose this option, I want both for some reason, So please help me to know any authentic information from you or tell me another possible way to find out my answer, thank you very much.
