Please answer the questions ....
Also if i upgrade in ssd sata so it is beneficial to put hdd on cd drive slot and new ssd in place of sata hdd slot?
Or Is 128 gb ssd enough for desktop publishing internet browsing ?

You have an M.2 slot for M.2 2280 form factor SATA only not NVME. Use that slot to add an SSD:

128 gig is not enough. You are going to want to install the OS onto the SSD and most people find 128 gigs too confining. Even 256 is barely enough. I suggest at least a 512 gig SATA M.2 SSD. Leave the mechanical hard drive (circled in red) in the laptop for storage. While a DVD drive caddy will "work" it is a compromise solution to be avoided at all costs.
