Yeah it does but it does not come with the mounting and connecting hardware needed to use that space for a 2.5 inch disk. If you want us to help you locate the correct parts you would need to let us know. They have proven somewhat hard to find and expensive when you do.

Yes you would need a mounting bracket to hold the 2.5 inch disk in place and then a cable to connect it to the motherboard. The 2.5 inch drive connects to a little zif cable connector so no way to just put a 2.5 inch drive in there with no extra parts.
Looks like this:
