Does My HP Notebook 15q-bu044TU support SSD? Does it has internal slot? Please suggest me which specification SSD compatible?

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

 

HP 15 Laptop PC (Intel)HP 15g Laptop PCHP 15q Laptop PC Maintenance and Service Guide

 

Chapter 1 has the supported drive types.

 

Your notebook has a M.2 slot that supports SATA M.2 SSD's only, not NVMe.

 

A suggested M.2 SATA SSD would be one of the Western Digital Blue SA510 models.
