My Laptop Model Is, HP Pavilion - 15-AU171TX

Does My Laptop Have Any M2 SSD Slot? I Want To Buy Samsung 960 PRO M2 SSD.

Here's the Service Manual:

It DOES have an M.2 slot:

 

SATA M.2 slot circled in redSATA M.2 slot circled in red

 

HOWEVER, the M.2 slot is for SATA-III M.2 2280 gumstick disks only, not PCIe/NVME so the Samsung 960 is a non-starter. 

 

This is the disk sold by HP with the laptop:

 

GNRC SSD 256GB 2280 M2 SATA-3 Value 865902-001

Also we have seen that some 15-au models have a blank place where the M.2 connector should be so I would open it up first before buying anything.
