Hello everybody,, My laptop is HP Notebook 15-AY109-NE with 1 ram ( sk hynix 8gb 2rx8 pc4-2133p-seo-11 hma41gs6afr8n-tf )
It my device support dual channel ?
what is my max capacity for ram ?
what is my ram ddr## ???

Hi:
There is no difference between single channel and dual channel memory.
Single channel memory is a mode...SDR.
A PC's memory runs in SDR mode when only one memory module is installed or memory is installed in mismatched capacities such as a 4 GB chip and an 8 GB chip.
Dual channel memory means that two memory chips of matching capacities are installed in both memory slots, such as 2 x 4 GB or 2 x 8 GB.
This is the preferred way to install memory as it runs at a better performing rate than when it is in single channel mode.
