I want to know if my motherboard supports NVME m.2s.

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

 

Maintenance and Service Guide HP 14 Laptop PC

 

According to chapter 1 of the manual, NVMe SSD's are supported, so the Samsung 980 you selected should work fine.
