Product: HP Notebook - 15-bw538AU
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop getting laggy and CPU runs near 70-100, Ram usage also mote than 80%. I added a SSD and it boosted up my laptop. Now I'm thinking to add a new 8GB ram to ky laptop, so it will be 12 GB ram. Is it will be worth? And are there any upgrades i can do to speed up?

 

*my requirements are web development tools, running chrome with multiple tabs

Normally more RAM would help but why only 12GB for your requirements ? It already has 8 GB DDR4-1866 SDRAM (1 x 8 GB). Adding same 8GB to slot  would be much better.
