Does my laptop support two SSDs? I would like to upgrade the SSD, and I was wondering whether I could use both the existing SSD and the new one instead of replacing it.

Its specs
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06160940
It has 256 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD now. You can add 2.5" SATA SSD to your machine but you need 2 more parts
- The hard drive bracket is available using spare part number 924350-001
- The hard drive cable is available using spare part number 924326-001
You can buy from

Both links are the same - Could you send me the link for the bracket too? Also, does this SSD already have the bracket and cable, or do I need to buy them? https://www.amazon.com/Blue-NAND-500GB-SSD-WDS500G2B0A/dp/B073SBZ8YH/ref=sr_1_4.

They are 2 different parts. You have to buy them
(a) bracket: to keep the drive not moving around
(b) cable: definitely this is a MUST, w/o cable you can't connect to the system board.
For the Amazon item: You have to ask the vendor, I believe that item does not have the cable nor the bracket.
Regards.
