HP Recommended

Hi, I have had an HP laptop for roughly a year and a half, and have had numerous problems with contacting HP for support. I first had a problem with my laptop back in March (when my warranty was still active), and I still have that problem(warranty no longer active). I had my laptop repaired twice, and the problem still existed when I opened my laptop the second time. I immediately called HP support and had my case escalated. It took the case manager roughly 2 months to give me any sort of resolution, which did not help me in any way. Any complaints or problems I raise get ignored, and any response I get is essentially generic and scripted. Does anyone know how can I get someone who is actually willing to help me with my laptop?

I can help only if I know what is wrong and if it is an HP product.

Please provide the Product ID or exact model name for better assistance. Preferably the full product ID including the characters after the # symbol.
