The Victus 16-r0000 models have one or two depending on their CPU as seen on their specifications sheet: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_7878688-7878737-16 On the Storage part we read "Dual storage options: (for Core i7-13700HX, i7-13650HX, i5-13500HX, and i5-13450HX)". Since your model has a plain 13700H, it only has one SSD slot.
You can take a look at the Laptopmedia review of the 13700H 16-r0000 Victus and see that the motherboard doesn't have a second m.2 connector soldered on.
