Does hp15-DB1200NY Laptop AMD Ryzen 7 has expansion slot for ram and nvme m.2 ssd

I recently bought hp15-DB1200NY Laptop AMD Ryzen 7 and now I want to add a 8 gb ram and a nvme m.2 ssd. So I wanted to know does my laptop's motherboard has slots for respective upgradation or not and will it support it? If it has expansion slot for another ram so what should be the data transfer speed, initially I have 2400 mhz pre-installed? What would be the pros and cons of upgradation?

Hi,

Yes you can insert another 8GB of RAM in the empty slot for a total of 16GB of DDR4 2400MHz RAM

(max 32 GB (2x8GB))

The RAM will run at 2400MHz even if you insert faster RAM

Yes you can insert an M2 PCIe NVMe SSD of your deisred brand and capacity.

Yes, it has nvme slot and I installed Samsung 970 evo and yes, you can replace your hdd with 2.5" ssd as well

Thank u, do u have idea if i could keep the 1 tb hdd and ssd both inside and be usable? Ssd for O.s and hdd for storing files?

Yes you can. I do 3d modeling and stuff so for that I have installed a 500gb nvme ssd. It just takes 20-30 seconds to open solidworks
