Does my HP EliteBook 840 G5 have WWAN antennas installed?

Hello HP Community,

I have an HP EliteBook 840 G5.
Here are my details:
- Product Number: 5FT31EC
- Serial Number: <removed_Do not include the product serial number or any private information>

I want to install a WWAN (4G LTE) card, but I am not sure if the WWAN antennas are pre-installed in my laptop.

Could someone please help me check if this model supports WWAN and whether the internal antennas are already included?

You will have to open up your notebook and see for yourself because the parts list for the product number you posted shows all the available options.

If your notebook has the WWAN antenna wires present, the parts list has the two supported WWAN cards used in your notebook along with the HP part numbers.
