Hello, I am shopping for a USB-C adapter and am looking at models that support HDMI, VGA, etc outputs from a single USB-C port. My computer has a USB-C port but I cannot find any information as to whether or not it will support extra monitors plugged into this USB-C adapter. Online, the products say to ensure the USB-C port supports "DisplayPort over Alt Mode". I cannot find this information anywhere. Does anyone know if my HP Pavilion - 15-cc183cl supports DisplayPort over Alt Mode? Thank you!

It only has 1 USB 3.1 Type-C™ Gen 1 (Data Transfer up to 5 Gb/s) port.
