Hi, @ru5mu5

Some additional information:

Your notebook's M.2 slot is PCIe Gen 3.0 x 2 which means that a NVMe SSD is only going to run at approximately 1/2 of its maximum advertised read/write speeds, so buy a Gen 3.0 NVMe SSD with the fastest speeds you can.

Even at 1/2 speed, a NVMe SSD with good read/write specs should be close to 3x faster than any SATA SSD would be.

I recommend the Crucial P3 NVMe SSD which is reasonably priced and has very good performance.

This is the 500 GB model for example:

Amazon.com: Crucial P3 500GB PCIe Gen3 3D NAND NVMe M.2 SSD, up to 3500MB/s - CT500P3SSD8 : Electron...

Also, if you are interested, you can upgrade the Realtek RTL8723DE single band Wi-Fi card to this model which is dual band AC and works with the one antenna wire your notebook has.

Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11 ac 1×1 WiFi + Bluetooth 4.2 Combo Adapter (MU-MIMO supported)   HP part # L17365-005
