OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-wf0000 ICTO Base Units

Hello,

I have the Omen 16.1 Gaming Laptop 16-wf0000 ICTO Base Units.

I have one 1TB SSD (KOXNIA brand) installed. I would like to expand my storage without replacing and hence I am wondering if I can add an additional 2TB SSD, purchased from any brand (Samsung or other) and install without facing any issues.

I cannot confirm (100% certainty) from the datasheet (https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/ish_7968187-7968239-16) that the laptop has two slots also I would like to know will there be any performance issues with installing a different brand SSD if there is an additional slot available.

From the following information

           https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_7968187-7968239-16

It has DUAL storage options therefore we can say Yes, it has TWO M.2 SSD slots. They are BOTH PCIe Gen 4 drives.
