What type NVMe can i used in my PC. Model number: rtl8723be, i5-5200U CPU @2.20GHz, RAM: 8 GB.

You posted the model number of the wifi adapter, not the model of your notebook.

 

Use this guide for how to find the product number/model number of your notebook...Please do not post the serial number.

We cannot provide an answer to your question without knowing the exact model number of your notebook.
