Hey, I was wondering whether or not this model type supports a ram upgrade. It’s the HP Pavilion 15T model type/series TPN-Q245. I was wondering if it supports a maximum DDR4 ram capacity of 64GB. The one I got from Amazon comes as 32GB. So I was wondering if I could upgrade on that and make it 64GB.

Yes, that would be the model number of the notebook.
Below is the link to the service manual.
Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)
Chapter 1 indicates that the notebooks with the i7- 1355U processors have two memory slots and can support 2 x 8 GB of memory.
Since the seller at Amazon already has proven that information to be incorrect, the Crucial memory report for the model series indicates the notebook will support 2 x 32 GB of memory.
