Hi:

 

Your notebook has two memory slots and can support 2 x 8 GB of memory.

 

See chapter 1 of the service manual for the memory upgrade info.

 

Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)

 

The memory removal and replacement procedure can be found in chapter 5.

You're very welcome.

 

Yes, your notebook will support a DDR4-3200 memory chip, but it will only run at 2400 MHz because that is as fast as your notebook's AMD Ryzen™ 3 3250U processor can run the memory at.
