Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i brought HP Pavilion x360 - 14-ba163tx thinking to install m.2 nvme ssd does it have m.2 slot in HP Pavilion x360 - 14-ba163tx laptop ?

 

because i really don’t want to open it before knowing.

It M.2 slot does not support NVMe SSD, only SATA, you can add M.2 SATA SSD  using

 

              https://www.crucial.com/products/ssd/crucial-mx500-ssd
              https://www.samsung.com/semiconductor/minisite/ssd/product/consumer/860evo/
         Or similar from reputable vendors.
                 One example (compatible drive)
                                   https://www.crucial.com/ssd/mx500/ct1000mx500ssd4/ct12433296
