Hello,

that is exactly what it says in the Maintenance and Service Guide (pages 2 and3).

Hello,

there are a lot of international variaties of that notebook, so I do not know, if the version for your country comes with a preinstalled M.2 slot.  The best solution might be, if you open the notebook and look into it.
You can follow the instructions from the Maintenance and Service Guide  pages 33 to 40 and 48 and 49. If there is no M.2 slot installed, you could install it yourself. Therefore you need  the parts listed on page 48. Once installed you can use either a M.2 NNVMe SSD or a M.2 SATA SSD.

Hi!

Thanks for your reply.

So if the laptop does not have a M.2 slot and I install one separately, or even if it does have one, you're saying it will support both SATA as well as NVMe?

I'm asking this because as far as I know, the connector for SATA based M.2 drives and NVMe based M.2 drives are different.
