Hi ! My new laptop HP 15s-2143EQ has a C-type port, which I currently use for data transfer. I am curious as if I can use this port for charging as well ? I did not receive any USB-C Charger with my package. The specifications are -
Any help is appreciated regarding this. Thanks !!

I can't find information on your specific model, and the specifications you provided are not available to me. Specifications for similar models show only 1 SuperSpeed USB Type-C® port with 5Gbps signaling rate, and you would not be able to charge the computer with that port.
You can double check the icon printed next to the Type-C port on your computer. If it has charging capability, it would show a power icon similar to what I've highlighted in yellow in the attached image.
