Hi:

Only DDR4 memory is supported.

DDR5 memory runs at a lower voltage, has a different number of contact pins and the slot is cut in a different place which would make it physically impossible to install a DDR5 memory chip in a DDR4 memory slot.

Your notebook's processor can only run the memory at a max speed of 2133 MHz, so even if you installed a DDR4-3200 memory chip, it is only going to run at 2133 MHz.
