Hello there. My HDD is nearly dead so its time to switch to Ssd. As far as i know the PCIe Nvme technology is superior to anything else but would it work with my device?

Unfortunately that is a no. No nvme compatibility.
Your notebook supports the SATA/M.2 PCIe/SATA
Interface.
A SATA3 2.5" ssd is the compatible ssd type for your omen

"NVMe (non-volatile memory express) is a host controller interface and storage protocol created to accelerate the transfer of data between enterprise and client systems and solid-state drives (SSDs) over a computer's high-speed Peripheral Component Interconnect Express (PCIe) bus"

Alright. One more question. Since i decided im buying the Crucial mx500 and there are both m.2 Sata and 2,5", which one would be practically better? I know these are the same on paper but maybe there is a reason to buy one over the another?

Since they both have the same bandwidth spec most people, myself included prefer the smaller form factor of the M.2 SSD. The M.2 variety just takes up less space so that allows better airflow inside of the notebook
