Does my pavilion PC have a tpm? If so how do I turn it on?

So every time I try to load a game like Roblox or something else, the PC starts to go haywire. Everything on the screen starts to move around and glitch out going black and back to normal. I have tried alot to fix it and it came down to the tpm

Hi:

A consumer class desktop as old as yours does not come with a TPM security device.

Only HP business class PC's that have the Intel 4th generation core processors came with TPM security devices and those were version 1.2.

Starting with the PC's that came with Intel 7th gen core processors, some of those came with TPM 2.0 security devices and most of the PC's with the Intel 8th gen core or newer processors come with TPM 2.0 security devices.
