Well I was worried about loosing OS License by doing fresh install from crearted usb of windows creation media tool . But later on somewhere i saw os License is in bios and would be no issue

That is correct.  The product key is in the BIOS.

 

It has been that way since W8 came out. 

 

No more product key stickers after W7 for OEM PC's (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Acer, etc).

 

And don't forget about the option to use the cloud recovery tool.

 

The only thing with that is you would need to temporarily disconnect the 2.5" drive or the tool would reinstall Windows on that drive and not your SSD.
