I bought a new HP Elitebook 645 G11 laptop and it has an international warranty. I want to replace the SSD with another one, will this affect the warranty in any way?

I recommend you contact HP customer service starting at the link below, and seek an official answer from HP.

Chapter 5 of the service manual indicates that installing SSD's or memory is a customer-authorized procedure, so off the record, I would assume that you will not void the warranty unless you break something in the process of doing the upgrades.
