14s-fq0000na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there, I was wondering if the 14s-fq0000na supports 3200 MHz RAM.

I know XMP isn't an option but I was wondering if using 3200MHz RAM at their JEDEC spes would be doable?

More specifically the Hyper X Impact DDR4 3200MHz.

Its specs

          https://support.hp.com/gb-en/document/c06706800

It has 8 GB DDR4-2666 SDRAM (2 x 4 GB) now. You may be able to install 3200MHz RAM but it will run at 2666MHz

Regards.
