It is not immediately clear on the Costco website where this is being sold.  Any help would be appreciated.

 

Does the HP Envy x360 15.6" Touchscreen 2-in-1 Laptop, Model # 15-ds1063cl have user upgradeable memory?

The memory at the Crucial Memory website link below is compatible with that notebook. The onboard memory is upgradeable.
