HP Laptop - 14-fq0013dx

Running the following results in 33554432 or 32 GB as the maximum memory.

wmic memphysical get maxcapacityEx

Unfortunately, the HP Laptop - 14-fq0013dx only possesses one Memory Slot (even though some sites state otherwise).  My question is:

Does the HP MotherBoard 87B7 28.23 in this system support a single:

  • 32 GB Memory Stick, or just a
  • 16 GB Memory Stick as two slots are expected by the wmic command?

No, it won't support 32GB of RAM on one slot, you can use 2 x 16GB

Regards.
