Product: HP ZBook 15 Mobile Workstation

I would like to upgrade my ZBook 15 G1 mobile ws to Windows 10. It needs a new keyboard also. The old unreliable keyboard 745663-FL1  (pointing device, Czech/US version)  is not available any more, but the 745633-001 (pointing device, US version) or 733688-001 (without the pointing device, US version) are available yet both.

The former 745663-FL1 differs of the 745663-001 in number of keys. A bottom-left placed large Shift key of 745663-001 is replaced by two keys on the 745663-FL. 

If I change the former 745663-FL1 by the 745663-001 have I change the keyboard sw driver also?
