Hi, I wanted to ask that does my laptop support 16 or 12 gb of ram because while checking the product details it is said that the ram is upgradable up to 12gb. You can see it much better in the down image.
Also I wanted to ask that does my laptop also support ssd, because while buying the laptop I saw that there is SSD support and the SSD capacity is 8gb. Can you please explain what does it mean. I mean is there support of only a 8gb SSD or if I remove my HDD and replace it with a SSD it can handle up to 1tb SSD. You can see my second image which highlights what I want to say. If so then please let me know the compatible ram memory and SSD which will work with my laptop and their speed is fast. Cause I want to upgrade my laptop for a faster boot time, performance and low usage editing. Please help me...

I don't know where did you get "I mean is there support of only a 8gb SSD or if I remove my HDD and replace it with a SSD it can handle up to 1tb SSD." from. Anyway, my full answer for RAM and Storage (ie disk):
(a) For RAM: Its specs shows it has 8 GB DDR4-2133 SDRAM (1 x 8 GB) that means 1 slot with 8GB and you can upgrade to 16GB. The reason manual says upgrade to 12GB is duw to the size its cache which may cause machine runs unstable but very rare. You can simply add to slot 2 same as slot 1 RAM stick.
(b) For Storage: Its specs shows it has 1 TB 5400 rpm SATA SSHD, SSHD is a bit faster than normal HDD but still slow. You can upgrade this 1TB SSHD to a standard 2.5" SATA 3 SSD from Samsung, Crucial ... I'm using Samsung, Crucial, Sandisk now, no luck with other vendors. Sorry I have to say that.
Machine ALSO has a slot for M.2 SATA 3 SSD therefore you won't need to replace SSHD, just simply add M.2 SATA 3 SSD to your machine. The following product is compatible, you can find similar one from other vendors:
