OK well here is the Service Manual HP has posted. This actually covers the 15-cs2000 series but the layout of yours is the same, you just have a 10th gen processor and this covers models with up to an 8th gen. Since HP has posted it on the home page for your model it accurately shows how yours is laid out inside.
Red arrow points to M.2 slot
Before you take this and buy an M.2 SSD open the laptop to be sure the slot is present. Very small chance it is not.

You can replace the build in 5400 rpm SATA HD to an SATA SSD without issues. Or do you mean if the HP Pavilion - 15-cs3054tx has an M.2 slot for an additional SSD?
