17-cnxxxx series has an M.2 NVME slot and also supports a 2.5 inch drive for dual storage. This one comes with both a 256 gig M.2 SSD and a 1 TB HDD. You would have to replace one or the other with a larger capacity of the same type, but relatively easily doable and would not impact warranty. You might be able to custom configure through HP but not sure on that from where you are located:

The specs are only going to say how HP equips it from the factory and as far as I know HP does not offer 4 TB internal storage disks. They would be too expensive for very many people to buy. NVME and SATA bus have no capacity limits. Either a 4 TB NVME M.2 (rare but can be found out there) or a 4 TB SATA 2.5 inch SSD (still not common but less rare than NVME M.2) would work. If you buy a model with only an NVME M.2 SSD, you are going to have to locate the mounting hardware and cable for a 2.5 inch SSD. Likely can be found on eBay or amazon but HP will not include it if the model has no 2.5 inch disk from the factory. The 17-cn0009nw has a Celeron CPU and I would tend not to recommend that. Omen 16-cxxx series is single storage....M.2 SSD only so no option to have a 2.5 inch disk of any kind. Laptops in general are tending in that direction.
