Product: HP Gaming Pavilion - 15-cx0144tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi, I was wondering about the upgradation of RAM. I have a pre-installed 8GB RAM in my HP-Gaming Pavilion 15-cx0144tx.
Need to know whether 16 GB RAM will be compatible with the pre-installed RAM or not...?

Hi:
As long as the 16 GB memory chip is compatible with your notebook, it should work fine with the 8 GB memory chip currently installed.
The crucial memory company indicates that this 16 GB memory chip is compatible with your notebook.
