i have laptop 15-da1041tu. From which i going to upgrade m.2 ssd WD 240gb .and my question is, if I upgrade it my warranty is void or not?

Hi,
Upgrading the RAM and Drives is an accepted practice and will not void warranty unless you break something during the upgrade.
You should use an M2 PCIe NVMe SSD which would be much faster than an M2 SATA3 SSD. There is no limit to capacity.

On page 47 of service manual you can see the steps to replace the drive
