Down arrow and right arrow keyboard keys are not working

The down arrow and right arrow keys are not working on my keyboard. I tried multiple troubleshooting ways including deleting drivers but still facing the issue.

@Harish_Kumar_A -- if you connect a USB-interface keyboard to your computer, do those keys work on that keyboard?  If so, this implies that your motherboard is correctly interpreting your keystrokes. Then, this implies that you need to replace the laptop's keyboard.
