product name : HP laptop 15-bw0xx
product number : 1UG64UA#ABL
I can't seem to connect to any networks. when I click on the globe located on the Taskbar, no networks show up. I did some digging and found out that the Intel r dual band wireless-AC 3168 is malfunctioning. when I go to device manager and click on it there is a yellow exclamation mark. it says that this device cannot start (code 10) I tried uninstalling, disabling, and updating but it isn't fixing anything. Please help, I need this laptop for school.
