Driver compatibility issue SSD Samsung 990 Pro and Intel VMD

Hello. I bought SSD Samsung 990 Pro, installed it in the slot and the Samsung Magician show a driver incompatibility. Error: "SSD firmware update may not be available due to compatibility issues with the Intel VMD driver". What can I do to resolve this?

What is the full model number or product number of your notebook?

What model Intel processor does it come with?

Perhaps there is an updated version of the Intel RST driver you can install.

Model: OMEN by HP Laptop 17-ck0xxx;

Processor: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11800H.

I already updated RST driver (it  was 18.6 version), but it doesn't help.

Unfortunately, if you updated the IRST driver, then I wouldn't know how to get past that notification.

Hi!

VMD enabled can cause many issues, but most HP machines don't have the option to install Windows with it turned off. Anyways, this is a known issue with the Magician:
