Product: HP Pavilion dv7-6b78us Entertainment Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have been trying to download the drivers for my laptop with no success. Whenever I click on the link to point to the drivers, it never shows any drivers. It constantly shows the rotating wheel but no listing of any drivers. I normally will input the serial number, no luck. I have also tried having the website find my device, no luck. Is there a link that I can get to point me to the list of drivers?

I would not have thought about using a different browser. It works in Firefox but not in Chrome.
