No, don't install it.

The driver has two components.

One installs the IMEI device and that is what W10 has a newer version of.

The other part of the driver installs the PCI Serial Port.

So what I have done is to pull the PCI Serial Port driver out of the package, zipped it up and attached it below.

You will need to manually install the driver as follows...

Download and unzip the driver file I attached to its folder.

Do not do anything with the files in the folder.

Go to the device manager.   Click on the PCI Serial Port needing the driver.

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update Driver.

Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.

Make sure the Include subfolders box is checked, and the driver should install.

Then restart the PC.

Hi:

You need this driver for that device...

This package provides the Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) Driver for the supported notebook models and operating systems. The Intel Management Engine Interface enables communication between the host operating system and the Intel Management Engine firmware.

When I try to install it, it gives me a warning saying that I have a newer version installed already (Intel Management Engine Interface 11.0.0.1157). Should I install it anyway?
