What I don't see if the required HP Client Security Manager software that you need to enroll your fingerprint.

HP Client Security Manager provides enhanced Windows login and website single-sign-on capabilities. Security Manager is also the host for HP Client Security plugins, and therefore should be installed before other Client Security modules. This package is provided for supported models running a supported operating system.

If you let me know what model wifi adapter your notebook has, I will see if there is a W10 Bluetooth driver for it somewhere.

If you don't know the model wifi adapter your notebook has, go to the device manager, click to expand the Network Adapters device manager category, and there you will find the name and model number of the wireless network adapter.

The Intel(R) Centrino(R) Advanced-N 6205 is not a combination wifi/Bluetooth adapter.

Are you sure your notebook came with Bluetooth?

if it did, then it must have the HP Bluetooth module, and that should be working.

Do you see a Bluetooth devices category in the device manager?

May be there is no bluetooth but i used my fingerprint scanner ago, after latest windows update there is no biometric in my device manager, i searched for missing devices but no biometric found
