Driver issue?

So i recently bought a new ssd for my laptop, I removed everything including recovery options from the laptop thinking as if i could just re download them later. I downloaded everything from hp support and windows update. For some reason after i sign in my mouse is in a drag and drop scenario instead of idle. No big deal just would like a fix as it annoying. After i click once I no longer have the problem. Something just doesn't seem right.

Also that's while using a wireless mouse. I also have the issue of the touch pad  on the laptop wont click. The cursor will move but that's it. Everything worked fine before I replaced the hard drive and deleted recovery.
