Product: HP Pavillion
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi, I have a
HP Laptop
Product Number: T0E01UA
Serial Number: [Personal Information Removed]
Windows 10
I launched a 3d app fusion 360 that I normally use with this computer and it says my graphics driver is missing for the (HD 520) I've downloaded the driver from HP using the assistant but the only driver available is the HP Wireless Button Driver so I found the Graphics driver with a search and also from Intel's website but neither driver installed. The message from Intel says that my laptop does not meet the minimum requirements. The Hp driver was installed but doesn't show up in the device manager when I look for the card. Now my graphics card is no longer listed in the hardware list on the device manager and no sign of the driver. I see Video Controller (VGA Compatible) listed now with a triangle warning sign under other devices.
I've looked through other posts to find a solution and seem to end up back at Intel's site but only drivers there for a 6th generation processor. Intel Graphics windows 10 DCH Drivers ( archived) is my only option. When I install it I get the message that my system doesn't meet the minimum requirements. Is my processor " i5 a fifth or sixth generation because I assumed it is 5th and I can only find drivers for 6th.
Not sure what to try next. thank you
